How many days you need to install the equipment?
The installation timeframe varies depending on the specific model and quantity of the equipment. Generally, a single set of small-sized condensing units takes about 3 days. For large-scale refrigeration systems, the installation cycle can range from 1 to 3 months, or even longer for complex projects. We provide both on-site installation services and remote technical guidance.
How many staff abroad you sent to install the equipment?
The number of overseas installation personnel depends on the project scale. For small-sized equipment, a team of 2 to 3 people is usually assigned, while large-scale projects may require a dozen or more. Alternatively, we can deploy a core team of key technicians and professional installers to work with local labor for the installation. In this case, the number of personnel dispatched from our side will be significantly reduced.
Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?
A refrigeration system involves a vast array of equipment, valves, and materials. We provide professional design and component selection, sourcing everything from reliable specialized suppliers to ensure a complete delivery. For your convenience, you can consolidate the total payment to us, and we will manage the procurement and settlements with all sub-suppliers on your behalf.
Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?
Certainly. You are welcome to arrange the delivery of your own purchased goods to our factory. We can then consolidate them with our equipment into a single container for shipment.
When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?
Our office will be closed for a 7-day holiday during the Spring Festival, in accordance with China's official public holiday schedule.
Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?
Our equipment is designed to be installed and operate reliably in both extreme heat and cold, as various climatic conditions are fully integrated into our engineering. However, installation progress may be affected in the event of extreme natural disasters or weather conditions where safe construction is not possible.
Can Your products be installed under the cold weather?

We do not have offices in Shanghai or Beijing. Our primary office and operations in China are located in Qingdao, Shandong Province.

We offer two options for your project: we can either dispatch a full construction team to handle the entire installation, or send technical supervisors to guide your local workers through the process.
Can I only buy some spare parts from you?
You are welcome to purchase individual spare parts or components from us. Regardless of the order quantity, we are committed to providing you with our best service.
Will you will attend the fair to show your products?
We regularly participate in industry exhibitions across different regions and will post announcements in advance. You are cordially invited to visit our booth and explore our latest cooling solutions.
Can you send your equipment to my warehouse in guangzhou?
No problem. We can arrange for the equipment to be shipped to any designated location of your choice.

What is your products standardization?
Our equipment is manufactured according to Chinese national standards, international standards, or the specific standards of the customer's country. We follow a 'highest standard' policy—whichever standard is more stringent, that is the one we will adhere to.

Our equipment is packed using pallets, strapping bands, protective film, and cartons. Should you have any specific packaging requirements, please let us know.
