The Air-Cooled Condenser is designed and manufactured by Lynxcool in China, delivering high-performance and reliable air-cooled solutions worldwide. Available in V-shape, A-frame, flat horizontal, and remote configurations, it can adapt to any installation environment. The coils use aluminum fins mechanically bonded to copper or full-aluminum tubes and are leak-tested with dry nitrogen at 1.5× design pressure to ensure safety and reliability.


Working Principle


The working principle of the condenser is to reject heat from high-pressure, high-temperature refrigerant vapor by cooling it with air, converting it back into liquid. The process can be summarized in three steps:

1.Refrigerant Circulation: The refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator, then is compressed to high pressure and temperature before entering the condenser coils.

2.Air Heat Exchange: Air passes through the finned tubes via fans, carrying away heat and condensing the refrigerant into liquid.

3.Pressure Control and Energy Saving: EC inverter fans or pressure-controlled fan cycling maintain stable condensing pressure, reducing compressor load and improving system efficiency.
