Air-Cooled Condenser

Lynxcool Air-Cooled Condenser, produced in China, offers high-efficiency heat rejection without water supply. Perfect for commercial cold storage, supermarket refrigeration, or industrial process cooling, it features aluminium finned coils, V-shape or flat horizontal configurations, EC inverter fans, and multi-refrigerant compatibility. Reliable, low-maintenance, and globally exported, ideal for bulk procurement and system integration.

Produced in China and exported globally, the Lynxcool air-cooled condenser is available in V-shape, A-frame, flat horizontal, and remote condenser configurations to suit every installation geometry. Coil construction uses aluminium fins mechanically bonded to copper or aluminium tubes, with tube circuiting and fan array designed to match the specified condensing duty, refrigerant, and ambient temperature range.



What are the features of this product?


Coil Construction and Fin Geometry: Aluminum fins bonded to copper/aluminum tubes; multiple fin types (flat, louvred, wavy) and 1.0–3.5 mm spacing tailored for application. Leak-tested with dry nitrogen at 1.5× design pressure.

Configurations: V-shape (A-frame) maximizes coil area, flat horizontal suitable for rooftop packaged units, remote models for yard or roof mounting.

Fan and Control: Axial or EC inverter fans with IP54 standard, IP65 optional. EC fans reduce energy consumption 12–15% at part load, improve COP by 8–15%.

Corrosion Protection: Standard, gold-fin epoxy, or polyurethane dip coating for coastal, industrial, or agricultural environments.

High Ambient and Low-Noise Options: Rated for up to +55°C; low-noise design includes large-diameter, low-speed EC fans, acoustic baffles, and increased coil area.

Refrigerant Compatibility: R134a, R404A, R507A, R448A, R449A, R410A, R22, CO₂ high-pressure. Suitable for commercial, industrial, supermarket, and CO₂ cascade systems.

Q: What is the difference between a V-shape and a flat horizontal condenser?

A: V-shape (A-frame) condensers have two angled coil panels, giving more cooling in a smaller footprint — ideal for large or remote systems. Flat horizontal condensers are simpler and cheaper, perfect for small to medium rooftop units. We make both in China and can advise the best choice for your project.

Q: How do EC inverter fans reduce energy consumption?

A:EC fans adjust speed based on condensing pressure. Slower fans use much less power and reduce compressor load, cutting energy use by up to 30% in typical conditions. Our EC fan units come pre-set with pressure controllers.

Q: Can your condensers be used with CO₂ (R744)?
