The Open-type Two-stage Screw Refrigeration Compressor Unit utilizes a low-pressure (LP) booster and a high-pressure (HP) stage operating in series. This configuration allows it to achieve extremely high compression ratios while maintaining low discharge temperatures, enabling stable operation even at evaporating temperatures as low as -65℃. The dual-stage system improves efficiency and maximizes the Coefficient of Performance (COP), making it ideal for deep-freezing applications.

Both LP and HP stages feature advanced 5+7 lobe rotors, enhancing gas displacement while minimizing internal leakage. Precision-forged steel construction ensures exceptional strength, allowing the unit to handle heavy-duty industrial cycles with minimal wear.
